Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

GuitUp Easy Hanger offers multiple shipping options to best fit your needs, including Buy with Prime for Amazon Prime members.

  • Buy with Prime: Prime members can enjoy Fast, Free Delivery on eligible orders. Look for the "Buy with Prime" button at checkout to use your Amazon shipping benefits.

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping charges for non-Prime orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

GuitUp Easy Hanger ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally be active within 24 hours.

 

  • Buy with Prime Orders: You will receive tracking information directly through the Amazon/Prime confirmation email and can track your package via the link provided.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

GuitUp Easy Hanger is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

GuitUp Easy Hanger is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • If your order was fulfilled via Buy with Prime, please follow the Amazon instructions for damaged or lost packages provided in your order email.

International Shipping Policy

At this time, we primarily ship to addresses within the United States.

  • Canada & International: If you are located outside the US, please visit our Amazon Product Page to check if international shipping is available to your region via Amazon's global shipping network.
